Blog update

The island of Alor Kecil
First, sorry to everyone that has received a load of blog udpates recently!
I just arrived to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where wireless flows through the air like sweet nectar, and I had a USB drive bulging with juicy, backdated blog entries. The two mix very well. When I make an update, it is sent out automatically to Twiiter, Facebook, and RSS – so I’m sure its starting to look pretty spammy.
I am also in the process of uploading over a thousand (yes, 1000) photos that have been sorely missing for the last three months. I will slowly go back and populate my old entries with photos so people can see what the heck I was talking about in the first place.
If you don’t want to re-read through the past rubbish, you can check my photo albums for updates here.
Thanks for sticking with me through the last 3 photo-less and sometimes update-less months! Its hard to make any kind of blog update when electricity and anything beyond dial-up speed satellite internet is hard to find.
I am also digging through hundreds of link requests, promised articles, and business emails that I have been promising for months, so please be patient if we agreed to swap links.
I’ll stick around the city long enough to get caught up on some maintenance and then head for another round of adventure somewhere. Thanks for reading and as usual, I love to here from anyone that wants to write – bucho_ky@yahoo.com.
Last, thanks to a reader named Anna who appeared mysteriously one day and donated a whopping $100 via PayPal (only my third donation ever received and by 4x the largest). Thanks to her I can eat, sleep, and avoid the cubicle for a week or more! I can only hope to repay her one day.
May there always be a road!
